REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Montana Flow, our products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products may be made to order, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Information provided on our website. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

We will review the request and, when appropriate, work with our production and fulfillment partners to provide a suitable resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, provided that the order has not yet entered production.

After the 15-minute cancellation period, an order cannot be cancelled because production may have already started.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced, we may provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
