SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Production
All Montana Flow products are made to order.
Each order is personally reviewed and processed by Montana Flow. When necessary, we may contact the customer directly regarding their order, product details, shipping information, or other order-related matters.
Orders are produced and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify, through its network of printing and fulfillment facilities.
Production and order processing may take up to 7 business days before the order is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, the tracking information will be added to the order and provided to the customer.
Customer Information & Fulfillment
To fulfill and ship an order, the necessary customer information, including the customer's name and shipping address, is securely provided to Printify and the applicable production and fulfillment facility responsible for the order.
This information is used solely for processing, producing, and delivering the customer's order.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the product, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment facility. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations depending on the product and the Printify fulfillment partner selected for that order.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.
Any such charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.
Montana Flow is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs clearance.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
